Rules & scoring
An individual event: shoot the platter target mounted on a tall pole at a gallop.
- Distance: 90 m.
- Rounds: 4, with 2 targets each.
- Target 1: 3 points if hit, 0 if missed.
- Target 2: scores 0, 5, 8.
- No consecutive-hit bonus.
- Base time: 12 seconds
- Hard cap: 15 seconds
Time bonus
The time bonus applies when the last target is hit.
- Under 12 seconds — gain 1 bonus point for each second faster than 12. For example, 10 seconds gives +2 points.
- Between 12 and 15 seconds — lose 1 point for each second over 12.
- Over 15 seconds — the whole round scores 0, no matter how many targets were hit.
